Germs killed our first President.

When Presidents Day and George Washington’s Birthday roll around, let’s remember that George Washington was killed by the common cold virus!

At 67 he was in good shape and still vigorous in retirement.  He liked to ride.  He didn’t let bad weather stop him.

One rainy chilly day, however, he caught a cold.

It soon turned into bronchitis, which colds often do when cold viruses spread deeper into the respiratory track.

Bronchitis can further transform into pneumonia or epiglottitis.  Either one can be fatal.  In Washington’s case, it was the latter that killed him.

In the 225 years since then, humanity still hasn’t conquered the common cold or its dangerous complications.  Pneumonia still kills tens of thousands of people per year in the US.

We haven’t conquered flu, either, even with flu shots.  Flu viruses kill from 5,000 to 50.000 people each year, says the CDC.  Covid subsided, fortunately, but it killed over 1 million Americans, reports say.

We can’t change the past, but we can change the future.

The pure copper of a CopperZap® can stop these killer germs.  It can protect the user and help keep the germs from spreading to others.

Nothing else works better or faster than pure copper at killing dangerous viruses and bacteria.  All it takes is touching it to the right places at the right times.

It’s up to us.  Let’s all use our CopperZaps and reduce the spread of germs that can kill.  You can lower the risk for yourself and everyone around you.

You might save a life.  Maybe even your own.

Happy Zapping!
